The place has one furnished wine
cellar with more than 500 labels of wines among from Piedmont, Italian
and foreign, in degree to satisfy the most disparate demands. The
proposals of our carte of the wines are in continuous evolution:
a selection "alive", that is modified and it becomes wealthy
following the indications of the experienced oenologist entrusted
to manage our wine cellar. So many different proposals but all in
conformity with some precise criterions: the area of production
(north and centre Italy, with particular attention in our province),
the producers’ typology (wine firms of small and mean dimension,
with which we always maintain a direct contact), the relationship
quality/price (analyzed with extreme attention to satisfy to the
best the applications of our clients). All is completed from personal
of hall provident and competent, able to assist the client in the
choice and to illustrate in detail the different proposals.
